12 regions and 102 villages have been flooded in South Kazakhstan oblast. Regional authorities applied for government help, KazTAG reports citing press-service of oblast administration.

"102 villages, 648 houses, 14 public facilities are flooded," deputy Akim (Governor) of South Kazakhstan oblast Saken Kanybekov said.
