Biography

MYRZAKHMETOV ASKAR ISABEKOVICH

   He has an agricultural and economical education, a candidate of agricultural science.

During 1988-1991 he worked as junior, senior research officer in the system of the Eastern part of the All-Union Academy of agricultural science.

During 1991-1997 he was a chief of managing subjects and social organizations (a chairman of the governing board of an Exchange Association of the Middle Asia and Kazakhstan, a chairman of the Forum Council of Kazakhstan’s entrepreneurs).

Since 1997 till January of 2006 he worked as a Counsellor of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the First Vice Minister, as a Minister of the agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since April of 2006 till September of 2007 he was an extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Since September of 2007 he was a chairman of the joint-stock company “NK”, joint venture “Ontustik”.
