
Dosbolov Abilkasym Ysipbaevich
He was born in 1947, in the village Darbaza of the Saryagash district, in the South-Kazakhstan region. He is Kazakh by nationality. He has a higher education, in 1976 he graduated from the Tselinograd agricultural institute, a scientist-livestock specialist by speciality.
After graduating from the Kaplanbek zooveterinarian technical college, he started his labour activity in 1967 as a foreman of the poultry state farm "Pobeda" of the Ulyanov district in Karaganda region. Then he worked as a livestock specialist, a manager of the poultry factory "Maikudyk" of the Ulyanov district in the Karaganda region.
Since January of 1975 - he was a livestock specialist ofthe poultry state farm Botakara of the Ulyanov district in the Karaganda region.
Since 1977 he worked as a director of the Aktau poultry factory of the Mangyshlak region.
Since 1980 - a director of the Bugun poultry factory of the Shymkent region.
Since May of 1983 - a general director of the South-Kazakhstan industrial association on meat poultry farming.
Since 1985 until 1987, he worked as the second secretary of the Tulcubass regional committee of Comparty of Kazakhstan.
Since 09.1987 until 12.1995 - a general director of the Chymkent industrial poultry association.
Since 12.1995 till 08.2007- a president of the joint stock company "Ontustik kus"
Since 2003 until 2007, he was a deputy of the third calling of the South-Kazakhstan regional maslikhat.
On the 18th of August of 2007 he was elected as a deputy of the South-Kazakhstan regional maslikhat of the 4th calling in the electoral area 38 of the Saryagash district
On the 28th August of 2007 at the first session of the regional maslikhat of the 4th calling he was elected as a secretary of the South-Kazakhstan regional maslikhat.
