A production cooperative store, in accordance with the Law of Republic Kazakhstan from October, 5, 1995 «About a production cooperative society », is formed according to the decision of the general meeting of founders - physical persons. Members of a cooperative society must be no less than two, also any physical person can be a member of a cooperative society, attaining of sixteen years age, ulcerating a desire to be a member of cooperative society and able to accept the personal labour participating in its activity. For entering into the cooperative society of minor citizens the consent of their parents, adopters or trustees is required.
A production cooperative society has a right to carry out any type of entrepreneurial activity, not forbidden by the legislative acts for a private enterprise. Activity, on which the state licensing spreads on is carried out a production cooperative store at presence of a license.
Constituent agreement
Constituent agreement of the production cooperative society enters in the complement of documents, being a commercial secret, and is subject producing in state and other official organs, and also to the third persons only in decision of executive branch of the cooperative society or in cases, installed by the legislative acts.

Charter
The Charter of the production cooperative store must contain information about:
- a brandname of the cooperative store;
- an order of forming of positions about a composition and jurisdiction of organs of management and control of cooperative society and acceptance by them decisions, including the questions, about which the decision is made unanimously or by the skilled majority of voices;
- an order of distribution of pure income and losses of the cooperative store;
- an order of reorganization and liquidation of the cooperative store;
- a size of share of each member of the production cooperative society, composition and order of bringing of property payment by the members of the production cooperative society and their responsibility for violation of obligation under bringing of payment.
At the appeal of penalty on a share the cooperative society selects a stake in property of the cooperative store, corresponding to the share of the member-debtor. The amount of the share is defined from data of accounting on the day of receipt of requirement of a creditor (creditors). A stake is selected in a money or natural form.
Property payment of members of a co-operative society
Property payments of members of a production cooperative society form an original capital and are intended for a creation and an organization of activity of a cooperative society, and also for a coverage of charges. Property payment in a cooperative society can be money, securities, things, property rights, including the right of the land-use, the rights on the results of intellectual property and other property. The money estimation of a property payment of a member of a cooperative society can not be produced only according to the agreement between the founders of a cooperative society and is subject to an independent public accountant verification. Independent public accountant verification is not conducted in those cases, when the property payments of by members of a society consist only of money. In the case when a property is passed the member of cooperative society as a payment in a cooperative society only for use, the size of payment is determined by the rent for using of this property, calculated for a period, determined by the agreement of members of a cooperative society.
