Registration and re-registering of juridical persons, branches and representative offices, registration of the made changes and additions into the constituent documents of juridical persons
Registration organ
1) CMP carries out a reception and delivery of documents of juridical persons, branches and representative offices.
2) Territorial organs of justice carry out state a registration of juridical persons, branches and representative offices at the place of location of a juridical person, branch and representative office.
List of documents for a receipt of the state service
- a statement in a form, installed by a registering organ;
- a charter;
- a constituent agreement, at the number of founders more than one (funds, associations of juridical persons, institutions);
- a decision of the authorized organ of juridical person, or a founder about a creation of a legal entity;
- a document, confirming a place of location;
- a receipt or a document, confirming a payment in the budget of collection for the state registration of juridical persons and registration of branches and representative offices.
Periods of the rendering the state services
1) a state registration (re-registering) of small business entities and registration (re-registering) of their branches and representative offices must be done not later than three workings days from the day of handing in an application with the appendix of necessary documents.
2) a state registration (re-registering) of other legal entities and registration (re-registering) of their branches and representative offices - not later than ten workings days from the day of handing in an application with the appendix of necessary documents.
