Marriage is concluded during the month’s period since the day of the presenting a statement. At presence of special circumstances (pregnancy, a birth of a child, direct threat to lives of one of the sides and the other circumstances) a marriage can be comprised at the day of presenting a statement.
Registration of marriage is concluded in the state organ of registering of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic Kazakhstan and is produced in accordance with the Law of the Republic Kazakhstan " About marriage and family" and Rule about an order of registration of the civil condition.
Rules about an order of registration of the acts of the civil condition in the Republic Kazakhstan, confirmed by the Decree of the Government of the Republic Kazakhstan N 620 from 22, May, 1999.
What documents are required for reception of the marriage certficate?
For reception of a certificate it is necessary to give to the register offices:
- a book of registration of (a house register, an address reference);
- a statement about registrations of marriage;
- originals of documents, certifying a personality of the married couple;
- copies of documents, certifying a cpersonality of the married couple;
- a receipt about payment of the state tax.
