Drawing up the documents for registration of a determination of activity of a juridical person, removing from an account registration of a branch and a representative office of a juridical person through the centres of servicing the population
For registration of a determination of activity of a juridical person in the Centre the following documents are presenred:
1. a statement in a form, installed by a registering organ;
2. a decision of a property owner of a juridical person or a representative by an owner of an organ or an organ of a juridical person, representative on that by the constituent documents, clamped by a seal of a juridical person;
3. constituent documents, a certificate about state registration (re-registering) and a statistical card;
4. a document, confirmative a publication in official printing editions of the Ministry of justice of the Republic Kazakhstan of informations about liquidation of a juridical person, an order and terms of statement of claims by the creditors;
5. an intermediate liquidating balance, containing information about a composition of property of the liquidated juridical person, about the list of claims declared by the creditors, and also about the results of their consideration;
6. a liquidating balance;
7. a decision of an owner of the property of a juridical person or other organ, accepted a decision about liquidation of a juridical person, about a statement of the intermediate and liquidation balances, clamped by a seal of a juridical person;
8. a document about deleting a seal of a juridical person;
9. a document, confirmatory a removing from an account of branches and representatives of the liquidated juridical person (under their presence);
10. a reference about absence of tax indebtedness;
11. a reference of customs organs about absence of indebtedness on customs payments and unachieved foreign trade deals;
12. a notice of an accredited organ about cancellation of an issue of the actions (for join-stock companies);
13. a receipt or a document, confirmatory a payment in budget of the collection for state registration of juridical persons and an account registration of branches and representations.
