Nurzhigit Nurpeisovich was born on the 27th of July, 1955, in the village Tulkubas of the South-Kazakhstan region. He is Kazakh. He graduated from the Dzhambul technological institute of light and food industry (1979- Storage and technology of processing of grain, an engineer-technologist). Since September of 1972, - a metal worker of the 2nd category. Since September of 1979, a Baking point - an engineer on TB, a supervisor, an engineer- laboratory assistant, a shop manager. Since June of 1989, the Tulkubas base of packing - a director. Since February of 1998, a deputy akim of the Tulkubas district. Since November of 1998, JSC "Magnat" - a general director. Since November of 2002, "Magnat" - a general director. Since December of 2004, a chief manager of the cooperative "MailykentAgroMTS". Since June of 2006, a deputy akim of the Tulkubas district. Since October of 2006, LLC "Tan Nury", - a chief manager. Since September of 2007, an akim of the Enbekshi district of the city Shymkent. Since June of 2008 till nowadays - a deputy akim of the city Shymkent.
